{"id":1863,"date":"2023-09-01T12:40:46","date_gmt":"2023-09-01T16:40:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/watersideinfo.com\/?page_id=1863"},"modified":"2025-01-07T14:57:07","modified_gmt":"2025-01-07T19:57:07","slug":"reserve-waterside-amenities-here","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/watersideinfo.com\/?page_id=1863","title":{"rendered":"Reserve Tennis Courts or Clubhouse"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You can use the\u00a0booking app below to reserve a\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">tennis court<\/span>\u00a0or our\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">clubhouse<\/span>. \u00a0If you have any questions, please contact the <a href=\"mailto:hoa@watersideinfo.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HOA<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BEFORE BOOKING<\/strong>, please read the following important guidelines:<\/p>\n<p>1. \u00a0Reservations without a <strong>FULL NAME<\/strong>, valid email address, mobile number and street address will be deleted by the administrator. \u00a0Please complete this area accurately.<\/p>\n<p>2. \u00a0If you have an outstanding balance with the HOA, you are not permitted to book the tennis courts or clubhouse. \u00a0Your reservation will be deleted.<\/p>\n<p>4. \u00a0Please save your confirmation email. \u00a0It contains the link to cancel or edit your reservation.<\/p>\n<p>5. \u00a0Specific Facility Guidelines:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Tennis\/Pickleball Courts<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All players can reserve games 60 days in advance.<\/li>\n<li>Player can not reserve more than twice per week and not more than once per weekend.<\/li>\n<li>One reservation cannot exceed 2 hours.<\/li>\n<li>A reservation will be voided after 10 minutes of no show.<\/li>\n<li>Be reasonable and considerate to your fellow neighbors. Always call each other first before escalating an issue to HOA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Clubhouse Events<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There is a $100.00 fee to rent the clubhouse effective January 1, 2021 payable to Waterside HOA, Inc. \u00a0and due at the time of check-in.<\/li>\n<li>There is also a\u00a0separate $100.00 refundable rental deposit that will be collected at the time of check-in effective September 21, 2016.\u00a0\u00a0The check is \u00a0payable to Waterside HOA, Inc.\u00a0 and should be accompanied by a\u00a0self-addressed\u00a0 stamped envelope.\u00a0 Deposit is to ensure that facility is returned in the same condition as it was a the time of check-in.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Please do not attach banners and\/or decorations\u00a0to any\u00a0part of the walls, ceilings, trim, doors, windows, blinds, \u00a0TV or furniture<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0In the event a\u00a0renter or their guest&#8217;s disregard this policy; the rental deposit will not be returned\u00a0and may result in additional costs associated with repairing\u00a0damaged surfaces.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Please do not remove pictures hanging on the walls, they have been professionally hung and will cause damage if removed.<\/strong>\u00a0In the event a\u00a0renter or their guest&#8217;s disregard this policy; the rental deposit will not be returned\u00a0and may result in additional costs associated with repairing\u00a0damaged surfaces.<\/li>\n<li>Allow time for both set up and clean up. \u00a0This time\u00a0includes the pre-event and post-event walk-through that you will have to do with a member of the HOA Board of Directors or their designate.<\/li>\n<li>ONLY an adult homeowner can reserve the clubhouse and the adult homeowner MUST be present during the entire event.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reservations must be made at least 1 week in advance of any reservation.
