New Sidewalks Are Almost Complete!!!

The GA Department of Transportation has has almost completed the sidewalks between our neighborhood and the schools on Birmingham Highway.  The project is expected to complete in March 2012 and is funded by the Safe Routes to School program.  Once completed, you will be able to get from Green Road to our schools via sidewalks.

UPDATE: AGL Regulator Station Project Completed

Construction of the regulator station at Green Road and Crabapple Road has completed.  Landscaping to help hide the station from general view has also been completed.  This was done at AGL’s expense with direction from the HOA Board.  Previously posted information about this project is below.

Fulton County Schools is Proposing to grant charter status to the entire school system.

SAVE MONEY – Waste Management is Now the Preferred Waste Hauler for our Neighborhood.

Residents will now receive almost $100 in annual savings for using Waste Management as their waste hauler.  Existing customers will automatically receive the new pricing effective July 2011.  New customers must contact Waste Management and mention that they live in the “Waterside HOA”.  Call 404-794-6707 or email.  Residents can also request a FREE 65 gallon recycling bin.
