Each residence is allowed to have two (2) club cards. If you need to replace a lost or damaged card, please email [email protected]. Please be sure to include the following information in your email:
- Your Full name
- Your Full Address
- How many cards you are requesting
- A picture of your current HOA card(s) with the numbers on them. If they are damaged and you need new cards, we will need the current numbers so we can delete them from our system.
Each new card costs $25 in the form of a check written out to Waterside HOA. Once we receive your email, we will instruct you on where to send/exchange the check.
Please note that we have heard of cards being damaged from being placed near magnets, or credit cards. That does something to de-activate the sensor within the cards. We have also found that cards will stop working after a long period of time, so if you have had your cards for 10-15 years and they stop working it could just be that their sensors have stopped working. If either of these is the case, you will need to follow the instructions above to purchase a new card.
Please ensure that your HOA dues and any late fees are paid in full or your cards will not be activated for use at the pool.
