About our Homeowners Association…
Each homeowner in Waterside is a member of the Homeowners Association. Per the covenants, officers are elected by the association to serve as Board Members. Homeowners must stay current on their HOA dues in order to vote or attend HOA or HOA Board meetings.

There are four volunteer voting members of the Waterside HOA Board of Directors. They are:

Homeside Properties assists our Neighborhood HOA Officers carry out the community maintenance and upkeep obligations required by the Covenants and By-Laws.

Association Meetings
Our annual Homeowners Association Meeting is held every February or March. We also have 3 HOA Board meetings throughout the year that homeowners are welcome to attend. Please check the EVENTS section for info on our next meeting.
